We photographed a one-day corporate meeting for Portage Point Partners at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver. Portage Point Partners is an advisory, interim management and investment banking firm, and the Denver gathering brought members of the team together for presentations, discussions and collaboration.
For a meeting like this, our goal is to document the event naturally while creating a collection of professional images the company can use for internal communications, recruiting, marketing and future events.
Corporate Meeting Photography in Denver
Unlike a large conference or trade show, smaller corporate meetings require a more discreet approach to photography. We want to capture the people and conversations that define the event without becoming a distraction.
Throughout the Portage Point Partners meeting, we photographed speakers presenting to the group, attendees listening and participating in discussions, candid interactions and details that helped establish the setting. The result is a more complete visual story of the meeting rather than simply a collection of speaker photos.

Much of the day centered around presentations and conversations among attendees. We photographed speakers from a variety of angles while also looking for audience reactions and interactions that showed people actively participating in the meeting.
During discussions, we focused on genuine expressions, gestures and exchanges between attendees. These candid photographs can be particularly valuable because they communicate something that posed photographs often cannot—the collaboration and personal connections taking place within an organization.

The Four Seasons Hotel Denver provided a polished setting for the meeting, with spaces that worked well for both presentations and smaller conversations throughout the day.
