  • How does instant viewing & selection work?

    • Subjects check-in with a QR code and enter in their name and email.

    • A personal gallery is then for each person is created as soon as they are photographed (assuming access to wi-fi).

    • They receive an email with a link to their gallery and they can make their selection at that time.

    • We give them an agreed upon deadline for the event to make their selection (usually one week).

    • We then do final edits to the selected headshots and deliver them to the subjects within one week of selections being made.

  • Can we have someone sponsor the headshot station?

    • Definitely. You can have signage at the booth and logo(s) on the personal galleries or on the final delivered photos.

  • How many people can you photograph at a headshot station?

    • We can photograph dozens or even hundreds of attendees depending on the flow of your event. Our setup is designed to keep things fast and efficient while still creating flattering images.

  • How much space do we need for a headshot station?

    • We need a 10x10 booth or bigger. A small corner of your event space works well, though more room allows for smoother flow. We can adapt to conference halls, banquet rooms, lobbies or expo floors.

  • Can you match our brand style?

    • Yes. We can customize the lighting, backdrop and editing style to match your brand or existing headshots.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

    • We offer same-day delivery of the proofs, but we want to make sure everyone looks their best so the final editing takes 5 business days after the selection deadline.
