Accuris Sales Kickoff in the Denver Tech Center

We had the opportunity to provide photography and video coverage for the Accuris Annual Sales Kickoff at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, and it was one of those events that had everything. From high-energy sessions and meaningful connections to a memorable awards ceremony, the multi-day conference was designed to bring their team together, share ideas and celebrate success.

From the moment the event kicked off, our photography and video teams worked together to document the complete experience. Our conference photography captured speakers, attendees, branding and candid interactions, while our event video production brought those moments to life through motion, sound and storytelling. Coordinating both services through one team allowed us to create complementary photo and video content while working from the same schedule and priorities.

We started with the details that established the look and feel of the conference, from branded signage and thoughtfully designed spaces to attendees arriving and connecting. These elements are an important part of both event photography and video because they provide context and help tell a more complete story of the experience.

The welcome reception on the top floor of the hotel brought great energy to the start of the event, with a live DJ playing as attendees connected and took in the views. Our video coverage was especially valuable during moments like this, capturing the movement, sound and atmosphere that still photography alone can't fully communicate. Combined with candid photographs of the reception, the resulting content showed both the people and personality behind the event.

Our Headshot Station was available during multiple time periods throughout the conference, making it easy for attendees to step in between sessions and take advantage of the opportunity. Over the course of the event, we photographed more than 75 team members, including the executive team, creating a consistent and polished set of headshots across the organization. Offering the headshot station at different times helped maximize participation while keeping the experience seamless and convenient for everyone involved.

The welcome reception on the top floor of the hotel brought a great energy to start the event, with a live DJ spinning as attendees connected and took in the views. We also had our Headshot Station set up, giving attendees the opportunity to get updated professional headshots in a relaxed, high-energy environment. Moments like this are where the personality of an event really comes through, and capturing that atmosphere helps create content that feels dynamic, engaging, and true to the experience.

Throughout the conference, we documented executive presentations, keynote speakers, panels, and breakout sessions, ensuring every important moment was covered. Events like this highlight the importance of experienced corporate event photographers who know how to anticipate moments and work seamlessly alongside production teams.

The conference featured a strong lineup of Accuris executives and team members who took the stage throughout the event, sharing insights, updates, and vision for the future. Capturing these moments is a key part of telling the full story of a conference, providing valuable content that can be used for internal communications, recruiting, and ongoing marketing efforts.

In between sessions, we captured candid moments, networking, and the natural interactions that bring an event to life. Breakout sessions and panels provided a more intimate setting, and our approach focused on documenting both the speakers and the audience engagement in a way that translates well across websites, social media, and PR use.

One of the highlights of the event was the evening at Topgolf Centennial. It was a perfect shift in energy, giving attendees a chance to relax, connect, and have fun. Events like this are a great example of how experiential moments can elevate a conference, and why having consistent photo and video coverage across all parts of the schedule is so valuable.

The conference wrapped with their annual awards ceremony, a polished and celebratory evening recognizing top performers. The night included a performance by comedian Steven Rogers, which brought a great balance of humor and energy to close out the event. From emotional award moments to laughter-filled reactions, it was a perfect ending to a well-executed conference. You can see more examples of similar events on our awards ceremony photography page.

The keynote speakers brought an added level of inspiration and perspective. Bob Kocis delivered a powerful message rooted in his book Presidents Club Mindset, while Tracy LaTourrette shared her incredible story as Colorado’s first female fighter pilot. Sessions like these are exactly why strong event coverage matters, giving companies lasting content they can use well beyond the conference itself.

At Elevate Business Photography, we focus on capturing events in a way that tells the full story. Whether it’s a multi-day conference, breakout sessions, or evening experiences, our goal is to deliver both photography and video that reflects the energy and purpose of the event while giving our clients content they can immediately put to work.
