Accuris Sales Kickoff in the Denver Tech Center

We had the opportunity to photograph and create video coverage for the Accuris Annual Sales Kickoff at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, and it was one of those events that had everything. From high-energy sessions to meaningful connections and a memorable awards ceremony, the entire conference was designed to bring their team together and celebrate success.

From the moment the event kicked off, we focused on capturing the full experience through both conference photography and event videography. That started with the details that set the tone, from branded signage and thoughtfully designed spaces to the overall look and feel of the event. These elements play a huge role in telling a complete story and creating content that reflects the full experience.

The welcome reception on the top floor of the hotel brought a great energy to start the event, with a live DJ spinning as attendees connected and took in the views. Moments like this are where the personality of an event really comes through, and capturing that atmosphere helps create content that feels dynamic, engaging, and true to the experience.

Our Headshot Station was available during multiple time periods throughout the conference, making it easy for attendees to step in between sessions and take advantage of the opportunity. Over the course of the event, we photographed more than 75 team members, including their executive team, creating a consistent and polished set of headshots across the organization. Offering the headshot station at different times helped maximize participation while keeping the experience seamless and convenient for everyone involved.

One of the highlights of the event was the evening at Topgolf Centennial. It was a perfect shift in energy, giving attendees a chance to relax, connect, and have fun.
