GHX Awards Banquet at Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Elevate Business Photography was brought in as a corporate event photographer to capture GHX’s 2025 Awards Banquet at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. As a team that enjoys capturing awards ceremony photography in Las Vegas and across the country, this was the kind of high-energy, well-produced event we love to document. I flew in from Denver that morning, photographed the full event that evening, and was back home less than 24 hours later. It is always an honor when clients trust us enough to bring us in for important moments like this.
The evening began with an opening reception where guests connected over drinks and hors d’oeuvres. These are some of the most important moments to capture during a corporate event. We focused on candid interactions, natural conversations, and group photos that reflect the relationships behind the business. This part of the night helps tell the full story of the event beyond just the formal program.
As the event moved into the main ballroom, the atmosphere shifted into a more elevated awards banquet experience. We documented the full scope of the evening, including room details, event design, and the overall environment that GHX created. During the awards ceremony, we captured keynote moments, on-stage presentations, and genuine reactions from recipients. After the awards concluded, the energy carried into the after party where the tone became more relaxed and celebratory. This is where corporate event photography really comes to life. Before wrapping up, I took a moment to look out over The Sphere (photo from my iPhone) and the lights of Las Vegas. It was a quick trip, but a great example of how we approach every event.
