DaVita Celebrate & Grow Event at the Grand Hyatt Denver
Elevate Business Photography photographed DaVita’s Celebrate & Grow event at the Grand Hyatt Denver. The multi-day corporate event brought attendees together for presentations, breakout sessions, networking, recognition and plenty of celebration—all tied together with a colorful LEGO-inspired theme.
From the moment guests arrived, the theme gave the event a playful personality. Bright balloon displays, LEGO-inspired décor, themed signage and creative activities transformed the conference spaces and reinforced the Celebrate & Grow message. Our job as Denver corporate event photographers was to document those details while also telling the larger story of the people and experiences that made up the event.
Keynotes, Presentations and Breakout Sessions
The educational portion of Celebrate & Grow included keynote presentations, panel discussions and smaller breakout sessions. We photographed speakers on the main stage as well as the interactions and reactions happening throughout the audience. During the breakout sessions, our coverage shifted to the smaller rooms, documenting speakers, presentations and candid moments of attendees engaging with the content.
For conferences like this, we want the final collection to show more than who was standing on stage. Wide photographs establish the scale and environment, tighter images highlight speakers and branding, and candid photographs of attendees help communicate the energy and engagement in the room.
Capturing the Complete Conference Experience
Between sessions, Celebrate & Grow gave attendees opportunities to connect with one another and explore interactive displays and activities. We photographed registration, branded signage, networking, group photos and the colorful LEGO-inspired elements found throughout the event.
These moments are an important part of our conference photography coverage because they help tell the complete story of an event. The photographs show not only what was on the agenda, but also what it actually felt like to attend.
Awards Dinner and Celebration
Celebrate & Grow transitioned from the conference into an evening awards dinner, giving DaVita an opportunity to recognize members of its team. We documented the ballroom before guests arrived, groups enjoying dinner together and award recipients on stage.
After the formal program, the atmosphere changed again as attendees celebrated together. The LEGO theme continued into the evening with colorful lighting and playful photo opportunities before guests took to the dance floor. Photographing everything from the formal awards to the energy of the party created a collection that reflected the full range of the event.
