PwC Women in Tax Event Photography at The Jacquard in Denver

We had the opportunity to photograph PwC’s Women in Tax event at The Jacquard in Denver, a full-day gathering focused on leadership, professional development and connection.

The program brought attendees together for presentations, panel discussions, conversations and networking throughout the day. For our team at Elevate Business Photography, the goal was to create a complete visual story of the event—from the speakers and programming to the candid interactions that showed the relationships being built throughout the day.

Photographing Speakers and Leadership Presentations

A major part of the Women in Tax event centered around speakers sharing their experience and perspectives with attendees.

Our Denver meeting and seminar photography approach combines wide photographs that establish the environment with tighter images of speakers, expressions and gestures. We also photograph the audience because their reactions and engagement help communicate the impact of a presentation.

The colorful presentation graphics and stage design at the PwC event created a strong branded backdrop, allowing us to incorporate PwC’s visual identity into many of the speaker photographs.

The event also included panel discussions featuring multiple leaders sharing their perspectives and experiences.

When photographing panels, we look beyond simply documenting everyone seated onstage. We capture individual panelists as they speak, interactions between participants, wider photographs showing the entire panel and candid audience reactions.
