Industry Week, hosted by the Independent Suppliers Group, brought together leaders, innovators, and partners from across the office supply industry for several days of education, collaboration, and connection. Hosted at the stunning Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, the event had over 1,000 attendees and featured keynote sessions, breakout discussions, networking opportunities, and a lively expo floor that kept energy high from morning through evening. With so much happening at once, strong visual storytelling was essential to capture both the scale of the conference and the moments that made it meaningful.
Our approach to photographing Industry Week focused on documenting the full experience, not just the schedule. From engaging speakers on stage and attentive audiences in breakout rooms to candid conversations between attendees, we worked to create a visual narrative that reflected the collaborative spirit of the event.
Large conferences like this also require thoughtful coverage of the details that bring everything together. We photographed branded environments, sponsor activations, signage, and the flow of the event spaces to ensure organizers and partners had a complete library of images to use long after the conference ended. These photos are ideal for marketing, social media, annual reports, and future event promotion, offering flexibility and longevity well beyond the closing session. We were also able to provide images at the end of each day to be used in the following mornings presentations.
